Prime Plumbing is our go-to plumbing company. Guy Dunne is the technician we usually work with, and he is wonderful! He installed our water softener and reverse osmosis system in our previous home, and today he installed a reverse osmosis system in our new home. He also corrected a poorly connected water softener system put in previously! We have never had a bad experience with Prime Plumbing!

I purchased both an RO and Water Softening system from Prime Plumbing and it was a great experience. Guy made sure that any of my questions were answered during installation and the company as a whole does a great job of communicating. He even threw in a new faucet installation (faucet purchased at Costco) for free which shows the type of customer service you can expect from them!
